The Hull side skin sections are profiled from Okume marine ply. Radius joints are rebated and the jigsaw joints are profiled to guarantee 1mm epoxy joints throughout.

A complete side section can be bonded together on a flat surface and then bonded to the hull structure which ensures an extremely flat surface requiring little or no fairing.
